INTERCHANGE

Intersection defined as the general area where two or more highway join or cross. Also, 

Speed : is the rate of movement of vehicle in distance per unit time, usually expressed in (km/hr) or (m/sec). 

Spot Speed : is the instantaneous speed of a vehicle at any specified point . there are two types of vehicles average spot speed: 

Time Mean Speed (TMS) : average speed of all vehicles passing a point over same specified time interval.
